Pros
Difficult to find any. The way they treat their staff is beyond a disgrace. Ohh you get an okay van actually (thumbs up) suppose it's the least they could do when you're delivering up to 180 parcels a day
Cons
Where do I start? Work load is beyond a joke, simply do not care for your wellbeing, out of 180 parcels if 1 is returned it's a problem, don't care if you've already worked 10 hours they want the work done, the time scale to get everything done is not reasonable, management skills are barbaric, the rate of pay isn't worth getting out of bed for, when you leave it becomes a huge problem and you don't actually see a penny of it, Not allowed a day off. Just a few things to mention
