      My colleagues get me through the day.

      Cons

      Over worked, underpaid. Management is diabolical. The CEO is difficult and doesn't trust his employees. High stress environment caused by lack of decent management.

      - Nicely decorated showroom - very eye-catching! - Helpful and supportive Shack Assistants and Team Leaders - They sell nice ice cream at the Battersea showroom”

      - Total lack of appreciation for the work you do - Few opportunities for progression - Favouritism - managers help and support those who they want to help - Are not representative of the community in which they are situated - You are a slave for the company until they no longer want you there - Excessively high staff turnover - Poor management

      Great people, greedy management

      Great team! That team and the deliveries team keep the company going! Hardworking people in Purchasing Remote Working 4 days a week Great HR team

      Cons

      Office Location - middle of nowhere and not sure why a fancy office was purchased during lockdown when the whole working world changed, what a waste of money. Complicated system “upgrades” that cause more issues than they fix Greedy top tier management who pay their staff minimal whilst raking in high salaries High staff turnover because the salary is so poor
