The team are nice for the most part and everyone in the same boat
Cons
Overloaded with work constantly, never any support from up management, awful pay and never any pay for overtime. No benefits and minimum legal required annual leave

- Good social events and staff networking - Good contractors to work alongside
Cons
- lack of management, especially senior management. - no structure or order to the business and daily operations. - lack of staff support in the workplace. - no progression opportunities. - low salary for high work expectations
