Pros

- Hybrid 2 days office.

Cons

This was by far the most toxic, mismanaged, unprofessional, incompetent working environment you could ever experience. The managers at ELT hold no value for their staff, you are underpaid and overworked. Managers gaslight their staff, they shut you down at any opportunity whenever you challenge them or ask questions like why?? Yet constantly say how we are ALL about YOU. When i handed my resignation in my TL and his manager did not even have the decency to wish me the best or acknowledge that I was leaving despite giving so much to this team! They instead ignored me 3 days, how rude, how unprofessional, honestly so petty! The company goes on about values and growth etc yet you will exp 0 of this whilst working especially in ELT. The double standards of how they manage the staff in their team is appalling, each staff despite similar situations will be treated differently! The team struggles to speak up regarding issues as they know there never will be change, Those who do speak up, are promised things will change but never do going forward or gaslighted by management. The managers cant handle pressure, or support the team. They do not hold any qualities a manager or TL should have. No organisation skills, they wont check in with you, see how you are, all about numbers. You are nothing but a mere number replaceable anytime. The turn over has been and is is and will continue be so high. Would never recommend anyone to work for this company! Avoid at all cost. Especially the ELT team! Other teams and managers are far better and you can see how relaxed and comfortable the team members they lead are.

Pros

Used to be the experienced staff and team leaders.

Cons

How can a company force people back into the office but also employ remote staff who do not have to follow the office mandate. Having to go to OHC to plead your case is nonsense. Surely after the covid situation this should have brought some empathy by senior leadership but NO! They lied about staff surveys and are not transparent. Wages are woeful and after more than 3 years service when you find out a new remote worker is on more than you ! Smack in the face. Team Leaders employed who have never done the role before ! Spreadsheets for a brand new system that is supposed to be auto allocation! Would not recommend this employer unless you want low wages and inexperienced staff and management
