Business outlook
Pros
As an intern, I learnt about the inner workings of the business. I was made part of most meetings where I was allowed to collaborate and weigh in, even with my limited experience. The team was welcoming and I felt like I belonged even during my short stay.
Cons
Hybrid working felt a bit unordinary to me, most days I would be in the office working by myself and most of the other office workers were more senior, so there was little time to make friends or anything of the sort.
