Don't work here! Very "clicky" and very closed-mind to new ideas. Leadership is MICRO-managing. They are very selective and have favorites. HR is very non-supportive. Senior leadership is so far removed and clueless about what really happens in the trenches. I hope that you never will have a negative experience and have your boss tells you that you are worthless, because it was your idea for change -- then takes credit for your ideas. It's the good 'ol girls club!!

Everyone's in everyone's business. Some of the workers act like they were hired just to gossip. The newer nurses sit around on social media and online shopping while passing their chores onto the support service people who are already over worked. The supervisors where I worked always came in hungover and without any idea what was going on. I saw 12 housekeepers come and go in 2 months because the supervisors "didn't like them or they weren't pretty enough." Surprised the hospital stays clean at all. Just too many people getting hired, kissing backsides to a higher position and then getting way too comfortable.
