Management are obsessed with control and will use the smallest of mistakes against you. There's constant false promises of bonuses and pay rises with the aim to push you to work even harder that never actually materialize. They also claim to be open to feedback but WILL use that against you at a later date if you bring up any concerns about how they are running the company. Working at LogicBarn feels like your constantly walking on egg shells. Any time a senior staff member enters the room, you're fearful that you're going to be the next one out of the door. There's a very good reason that a large portion of the staff members of LogicBarn and the parent company (GoldCrest) are currently in therapy... Looking at how many staff are being fired, forced into redundancy, or just leaving for a better position else where, I'll be surprised if this company still exists in 6 months.

The worst place I've worked! The staff are very friendly and the pay is very good but that's it. They sell you a dream of being hybrid, flexible hours but in reality you have a timesheet which you have to religious abid by. They have a high turnover of staff, we employees being fired for minor reasons. They impose school-like rules such as no phones at desks. They love to virtue signal as well about mental health but everyone lives in fear of losing their jobs. STAY AWAY.
