Limited opportunities for career progression and promotion. There is a challenging culture within parts of the engineering organization, where some senior staff struggle with effective and professional communication. Teams are responsible for maintaining a very wide range of products, including significant legacy systems. The company-wide Agile framework feels overly heavy and would benefit from being more streamlined and tailored to the teams directly involved.
