Pros
Got to be silly and not too serious at work, "cool" place to work. Great people to work with in my team. Most people are friendly.
Cons
Management are a bit all over the place and don't pass on messages to their staff. A lot of abuse from customers due to experience they had from poor management. Sometimes do 45 hour weeks not out of choice
