      There are not pros, probably the good salary just because the company has no idea on how to manage employees

      Cons

      I’d say that Loop has a poor management but I would mean that is managed somehow, in reality the leadeship doesn’t manage the company at all.

      The company had these two features: 1. Relatively acceptable salary 2. Few knowledgeable people

      Cons

      The priorities and projects were changed within an hour or two. There is no consistency among higher management, team leaders and C-level people. Everyone is working in a dark and foggy environment and they don't know what is their work for the next hour or so.

      Toxic workplace and terrible management. There's a reason their stock has crashed catastrophically.
