      Can earn bonuses and commissions We can develop interpersonal skill as they train us. We can improve problem solving skills

      We have to perform the same tasks repeatedly, such as answering the same questions or resolving the same issues. This can be monotonous and boring, which can lead to burnout and dissatisfaction. It is not the problem with the employer, it is the industry thing.

      There is lot of politics among the team members, also the boss has his favourite team members always. The appraisal process has a weried techniques which can be changed at any point. Skip reporting is a kinda very well appreciated culture here.
