Pros
Love the good work life balance and work flexibility especially the shorter work hrs from 9am to 530pm. Staff Benefits & Compensation in social service industry has always been so-so only but I'm rather surprised that LH gives quite good increment and bonus:) Anyway, to me, it is really work life balance and sparring ideas with good boss that still keep me working here in LH and of course, appreciate the great works that LH brings to the community especially to the elderly, my mum is one of the many beneficiaries.
Cons
rather lean structure in the organisation since its SME, career progression may be slow or limited although the organisation has quite good funding for learning & development. The Management is also quite encouraging in sending staff for development.

People can be nice sometimes. (On the surface)
Cons
Management was disorganised and lacked vision. Discipline in company was lax, allowing bad culture to permeate. No clear SOPs as well Feuding between people of the same department Backstabbing between different departments Management having obvious favourites
