Pros

It’s nice helping people. Exciting work

Cons

They treat you as an exempt employee. You are required to be on call but they will not pay you for after hours calls. They will fire you quickly if you even ask about your rights. Takes a long time to get your laptop and phone. Onboarding is a disaster. At the manager meetings, they will speak to everyone as if they were children. Totally condescending upper management.
