At Lucerna Health, - We provide immense flexibility and autonomy to individuals across our entire engineering team who meet expectations of performance, collaboration, professionalism and are good teammates. That flexibility includes project autonomy, work at home flexibility, and a huge voice and impact on our technology platform and company. - We believe in work/life balance and have somewhat atypical hours for a company in the early stage we are in. Most companies would set higher hours expectations and we are not asking team members to work nights/weekends or anything out of the norm. - We have a high performing product team with almost no turnover in 2021, and we continue to expand the team to further innovate and scale. For context, our product engineering team now has an average tenure of over 15 months and Lucerna Health has an overall average tenure of 32 months. We have added some amazing people to the team this year and are currently hiring for multiple engineering positions to help drive the company and mission forward.
