Pros
Working for LundaEkonomerna allows you to learn and develop in areas you would not get access to in other companies without years of experience. Truly a once in a lifetime experience.
Cons
Though mistakes are said to be expected there is a high pressure on performing, both professionally and socially. That usually creates a paradox, where it is hard to live up to the two expectations. The organizational structure prohibits some board members from being able to do their work as well as expected. The working hours are extreme.
