Highly unprofessional, worst and cheap. No measurable goals decided by top management. Management doesn't understand SDLC and PM processes. It just focuses on quick profits by hook or crook, by stealing others' intelligence and white-labeling the same. Company doesn't know what and how much to commit to customers. No proper project plans. Jump to Implementation first and then patch up plan for show off. Hiring is done in very pathetic and whimsical manner. Hire and fire policy. Junior and unprofessional employees takes interviews for much higher senior positions. No formal organization chart, No proper communication channel. False certificates just purchased, without even understanding them. Its like a small Kirana shop or tea stall, where everything is very subjective, unmanaged and uncertain. Anything can happen any time. No rules, no regulations, any hasty decisions taken by anyone. No proper control by top management. Employees have no goals and objectives, because top management doesn't understand the need for it. Salary policy is very cheap. Salaries are delayed often. Reduction in salary from market rate and even from last drawn CTC. Its only exploitation. Incomplete Salary slips provided, that too only after frequent requests. Unfair extra working hours. Abrupt decisions of weekend workings. Abrupt termination of employees, without any justification. Cheap management policies. Dues of emloyees not paid in time. No response even after frequent follow-ups. No payment after various reminders. Mostly freshers are welcomed due to cheap salary policy. Not suitable for senior resources. No motivation. False promises and commitments. No one listens to anyone. Join this company if you want to spoil your career and get demoralized.

Everything: Fraud MD always gives fake promises Fresher Project Manager who never thinks and just follows MD. HR is not having any knowledge about Human Resource. Salaries are not on time and for some employees allowance is just the dream. No live projects. No proper salary structure only professional tax gets deducted no other facilities. All 5* ratings are done by HR. Don't join this company.. complete employee harassment when MD visits office.. 2-3 days in all team stays in office only. Prepare for it.
