      From great leadership, to an amazing product and service to sell, I’ve been part of the Lyrise team for almost 5 years and have watched this company grow leaps and bounds throughout the years and it continues to do so.

      The company is still figuring things out operationally, and yet to open a site in the UK where I’m based

      Remote work, flexible hours. That’s the only benefit.

      High level of micro-management No Business strategy All they do is talk Lots if meetings with no productivity Team members are 95% juniors and not accountable No contract They don’t know what they’re doing Bad internal communication

      1- genuinely appreciate the team spirit and the positive vibes within the company. It creates a supportive and motivating environment. 2- There’s a clear pathway for growth and development within the organization, which is exciting and encouraging for career advancement. 3-The company’s vision is unique and innovative, with great potential to make a significant impact in the future. I truly believe it will be a major success one day.

      1- The CEO tends to be deeply involved in the team’s day-to-day work, which can sometimes feel overwhelming or restrictive. 2- The benefits package is lacking and doesn’t meet expectations, which could be a significant area for improvement to enhance employee satisfaction.
