Technology upgradation is very much needed since they mostly use legacy technologies which can merely satisfy their needs.
So little more effort needed to switch company as the market expectations are higher.
Though they are trying to adopt new technologies, pace of it is slow. hope it'll get better soon.
Salary slab is low as compared to many companies. but if we perform well, they will try to retain us with good salary.
Work pressure will be there and sometimes we may be required to stay stay and do work more than shift timing. But again it depends on the team we are in.
Cafetarea is poor.
Toilets smell badly at times.
