Pros
I knew when doing my research that unfortunately it was a don't care about that company but they are very much not interested by representation. You hear about it but its always chilling. I left after end of probation because too much red flags.
Cons
Still feel very much like bad adaptation of mad men. The pictures of the team on the website is very much representative meaning very much white and they make you feel it.

Some co-workers are great office is nicely situated

Terrible management and leadership. Founders are crazy. No HR. Love Lydia and give it everything or die trying.
