Countless cons, It is typical Indian company with domestic clients. They are not at all following the French culture and run by typical Indian "Baniya" who cuts employees benefit to show the profit. They do not follow the corporate culture and believes in unethical hiring. I advise if you want to grow in your career, don't even think to join this company or you will destroy your career.

One fine morning they tell you to leave and that's it just pack your bag and go. There is no one to listen,you are on your own. They are playing with your life. Nothing new to learn.You just have to do copy and paste and it works fine. If you ask employee to terminate in 7 working days I really doubt your selection process.
