Time flexibility - you can end sooner and hybrid job is ok.

Leadership and salaries. Management isn´t existing when you need them and can´t fix anything. They can´t take accountability for anything. Management is toxic and creating policies against their own people. Salaries are joke, benefit´s are non existing.
