The owner is horrendous. He micro manages everyone. He is verbally abusive and will drink in the office. He came in drunk several times. There is no structure and everyone walks on pins and needles on how he is going to come in for the day. The company will never grow under his direction and they have not in the years he has been in business.

Owner is a narcissist who blames his staff for everything from his stress level to his health. Extremely high turnover. There's really something wrong with him. He delights in both verbal abuse and pitting people against each other even though we're all on the same team. There's a reason he's been in business for over 22 years and STILL can't grow it. Control freak who keeps undermining his own people.
