Pros

If you want to work with managers who have no life, no leadership skills, no empathy, but are ready to help you at every step of your work with their excellent micromanagement skills, join M2P Finflux. If you love having your boundaries pushed and doing work with little or no appreciation, then join M2P. It's the perfect place to be. If you want to unlock your potential to work and achieve the unachievable, join M2P Finflux. If you enjoy having management decide the effort required for tasks—always unrealistic and impossible to achieve—then M2P Finflux is the perfect place for you. If you want to work for years without appraisals or variable pay, join M2P Finflux. If you want to be questioned whenever you laugh at work or have a good time with your colleagues, join M2P Finflux. If you want to give updates to your manager even while using the restroom, join M2P Finflux. If you know Tamil or Kannada and have little or no knowledge of leadership and design, there's a high chance you can be a lead. If you are planning to join in recent time, you can ask for as much salary as you want because everyone is leaving and people who get offers aren't joining. My recommendation: Join for a few years, and you can literally work anywhere under any conditions. Do DM on LinkedIn to current and former employees of M2P Finflux for more clarification.

Cons

There are no cons, or whatsoever: - HR will promise you the moon and sunshine. - Managers will show you "wonders". - You will become the best version of yourself—once you exit this organization.

Pros

I don't see any pros.

Cons

- No work-life balance. - Forced to work on weekends, often under significant pressure. - Only 5 employees(all Telugu) have complete knowledge of the Finflux project, creating dependencies that prevent others from advancing. - Discriminatory behavior towards Hindi speaking employees. - Code merges require approval from two leads, leading to delays and unnecessary hassle. Despite these delays, you are questioned about why tasks are taking so long. - Code reviews are excessively stringent down to the variable names. You're expected to complete review comments by working on weekends, with no regard for personal time. - They will review the code line by line, ensuring that even the variable names align with their preferences, which can be time-consuming and wasteful. - They will provide numerous review comments, causing the original estimation to fail, as addressing their comments can take few days. Consequently, they will insist on no spillover, expecting you to stretch yourself and work on Saturday and Sunday since the sprint is nearing its end.

Pros

No Pros as such Please avoid joining this company because of the recent craze and their marketting strategies Don't join this company because of the people posts in LinkedIn. They all are hyprocites in their own way where ethics, morals apply only in linkedin posts

Cons

1. All subsidiaries of m2p are handled very badly with zero concern for improvement in processes. 2. Leaders in these subsidiaries are short sighted and very political which makes the situations worse. 3. Every team blames other teams because of lack of process. They are not ready to improve it even now after attrition rates are peaked up in Finflux - an m2p subsidiary in banglore. 4. Zero work life balance and culture inside 5. Banglore leaders are running groceries store and not an IT organisation to be very precise. 6. Please don't ruin your life by joining here. You will come out with very low confidence levels and bad attitude if you join here. That's how this toxic environment will make you. 7. No smoother collaborations between the teams within the organisation. 8. My final advice would be donnot join here by the reviews in Glassdoor or hypocritic posts in LinkedIn. This is the worst ornisation I have ever worked in my career.
