Pros
You get humiliated, sometimes you would even receive warnings which would temper you and in the end you would become absolutely nothing out of humiliation & help you in ending your life easily.
Cons
Nasty top level management who just squeeze youngsters with bonded labor for years with absolutely giving nothing in return, other than health deterioration, humiliation, state of dormancy and sometimes they push you to the state of self killing. One must be a sage to be here sacrificing, family, happiness, health and wealth. In simple, It's nothing but a KGF (kolar gold fields) where you would be the slave. One should also forget, salary, certificates and settlements, coz it's just a day dream here and wont even available in documents.
