Cons
-Senior Management don’t always handle situations in the best manner and often rainmakers are protected at the cost of junior staff’s mental health.
-Still very much a dated ‘corporate’ mentality for a firm which is supposed to be forward-thinking and inclusive.
- Noticed a lot of burnout/stress/general unhappiness among junior and admin staff due to workload and poor treatment (with some considering leaving the profession altogether due to their experience).
