The most toxic environment possible, long hours and minimum pay. The managers are more involved and egging on the dramas then anyone there. The social life is dangerous where sexual assault has taken place multiple time in short periods, and you still have to work with those involved. Slaving in over 40 degree heat in the open sun or running up and down pulling bars while its pouring with rain. The hours can vary 9-11pm with 3 ‘30 minute breaks’ but the 30 minutes start as soon as you leave the ride and can take up to 10 minutes to walk to the staff area and have to beg for toilet breaks
