- With the on job training you will be fit for working under the company but your previous experience and seniority will be never considered - A fresher and an experienced techie reaches the same level after a while and your worth will decrease gradually - I would not suggest this company for someone with previous experience. They use your experience for a while to run their work and dump you like a trash when they get a new one to replace you - There is no salary structure, proper offer or exit documents to provide to the next company - Poor coordination within the team, lack of documents and there are no meetings to acess the progress of individuals - I would say it's a scam as even the team mates doesn't know each other and they avoid such situations
