repetitive and monotonous at times

High turnover stay away please take this review seriously I am not A disgruntled employee I feel I need to warn people about this business. In the last two years 14 employees have left this company. In the last year mostly in last 6 months 8 have left. Something is very wrong stay away. Most employees work 60+ hour work weeks and staff are so fractured. Staff do not supporting each other or help because they're worried about keeping up with quotas. Don't plan on getting sick because no one will help you don't plan on going on vacation because no one will cover. Training is nonexistent because they don't train they throw staff and write them up for not meeting goals. Corporate is nonexistent in another state where they worry about the bottom line not staff turn over. If you go in for an interview don't take my word for it ask about all the negative reviews and the high staff turnover see what they say. Believe me it's not a good place to work stay away they're better jobs out there. They are asking for highly educated clinicians and they pay poorly and treat you badly. Respect yourself and ask why they're always looking to replace staff.
