Pay is good, they cover mileage, and the local Oklahoma team is as well, besides that there is no pros other than that
Cons
-No communication -No Leadership -No clear instructions for tasks -No clear task structure -HQ in LA sets a standard then changes their minds and the standard the next week, blaming you for doing it the way they previously said -Constant threats to your employment if you do not perform in the way they want (they won’t tell you so good luck) -You will lose time with your consistently family in this job due to the outrageous demands of HQ
