Weak and inexperienced senior leaders. Double standards. Surface deep positive company culture is toxic. No job security with mass layoffs followed by frenzied hiring. Unclear company future in an already unstable industry.

Switched from a hybrid to in office workplace even though a lot of employees have long commutes, are starting to track employees to a point that feels invasive, leadership is a mess and processes are always changing, credit is never given where it’s due, not much work life balance (used to be but now with all the change in leadership, they expect responses at any given time), in our last company meeting was basically encouraging the “do more with less” approach and when lightly confronted, completely avoided the question at hand
