Pros

Flexibility of remote work, which allows to maintain a great work-life balance. High-quality equipment, laptops and the tools needed.

Cons

There is a lack of competence within the strategy team and the C-level manager, leading to poor decision-making. As a project-based company, this has resulted in lost projects and employees being left without work for extended periods. C level manager cares only about her beauty (she books working hours for that reason). Whoever is not pleasant to her is proposed to take psychological counselling.

Pros

A Unique Company Culture. If you're into watching the same select few thrive while the rest of the team gets by on scraps, Moro Technology is the epitome of teamwork and shared success. Appraisal Magic Watch in awe as certain employees receive glowing appraisals that practically guarantee their success while the rest of us marvel at the minimum increase “everyone else” gets. Who needs fair evaluations when you can just be in the right group? Generous Salary Increases... for Some. If you’re lucky enough to be part of the inner circle, enjoy a hefty raise and a position upscale every six months. It’s like winning the corporate lottery! Clear Career Path for Favorites. It’s so easy to understand who’s moving up in the company—just look at who gets the sky-high raises and promotion opportunities. Transparency at its finest!

Cons

Witness firsthand how an individual can flourish in an organization. Personal salary growths of some individuals is a true inspiration for anyone aiming to break through the glass ceiling—just not for everyone. Talent doesn’t always get rewarded here—unless, of course, you’ve earned your spot in the elite inner circle. Hard work is no match for strategic relationships. Watching colleagues receive regular promotions and salary bumps can be inspiring... if you’re one of the “chosen few.” For the rest of us, it’s a game of waiting and hoping that one day, the system will favor hard work over favoritism.

Toxic leadership and constant mismanagement

Pros

- Full remote setup - Engineers were great colleagues with strong personalities and good intentions. Most of the individuals at team level were genuinely supportive - Occasional opportunities to interact with stakeholders at a high level (Unfortunately, these positives were completely overshadowed by poor leadership and lack of structure)

Cons

- Management ignored established processes, creating confusion about roles, responsibilities, and priorities. Tasks were often shuffled arbitrarily, undermining structure and accountability. - Feedback culture was weak. Criticism was delivered without examples, promised follow-ups never occurred, and transparency was lacking. - Accusations of poor time management were made despite workload far beyond reasonable expectations. - Blame was routinely shifted onto others, including misassigned responsibility for past issues. Client challenges sometimes required defending technical work, yet similar support from leads or management was not extended to others. - Mixed messages, contradictions, and lack of strategy and vision made decision-making difficult. Key meetings were often inaccessible, and guidance from management was inconsistent or absent. - While engineers were collaborative and open, honesty and transparency were lacking at the level of leads and directors. Politics and personal agendas dominated, making open discussion risky and undermining genuine collaboration.
