      MPAC is a family culture that is very supportive and caring to it's employees, providing the resources necessary to complete the task at hand, caring for sub acute rehab patients.

      Cons

      Remote locations, that needs good communication and computer skills to stay connected with MPAC employees.

      Pros

      MPAC Healthcare has been my employer for the last 6.5 years. The company has supported me through many life changes including a family addition and relocation to another state. The culture is fun, straightforward forward and collaborative. I feel supported and heard in my role. Growth within the company is attainable and fair. Our company's goals are patient-centered and innovative. My MPAC colleagues are like family.

      Pros

      great company with amazing management. Supportive for work-life balance

      Cons

      accounts take precedence over provider; unable to re-locate to different facilities despite harassment from facility and it's employees/Doctor's- you are under the power of the facility, although MPAC is technically your employer. Very poor compensation despite knowledge and experience; starting salary is less than new graduate
