There are also some very negative people with MPE. I was regularly belittled and made to look and feel stupid by my supervisor. Sometimes this mistreatment verged on bullying.
Poor work-life balance and lack of flexibility. It didn’t matter if you put in 20 hours of over time, if you walked in at 8:03am your lateness was noticed.
In my time with the company, my office experienced more than 80% turnover. Why was this not seen as a problem and addressed? People were fired in the snap of a finger, others would mysteriously leave (be there one day, gone the next). It inspired a culture of fear, wondering who would be next; just bizarre and uncomfortable.
Work was sporadic at times.
