May be good for 0 to 2 years experience May be good place if you are not from MNC background. If you are from MNC background don't even think of joining

1.Though you work in night shift You don't get night shift allowance. 2.They use there own intranet system for all business transactions which there is no scope outside and not ready to adopt new technology. 3. No shift allowance and no free transportation for night shifts 4. You are not allowed to use mobile inside office 5. People so called Leads are like brainless you feel like you are in school. 6. If you don't need to keep your work-life balance healthy you are God to join. 7. Process what they have in all department are no use 8. You don't have canteen fecility and no pantry inside the office 9. 1 hour breaktime- each time you go to have cofee you need to puch and go to useless cafeteria 10. They don't have learning programs to upskill 11. Worst leave policy i ever seen 12. Kind of micromanagement 13. Leads work is to observe each n every moment of employees like what he is talking, what he is browsing in system 14. Women's can wear cloths as per their choice but men should wear as per management rules 15. Creepy work place in old office and all chairs bought in Sunday bazaar 16. 1 or 2 washrooms if one accupay other should wait until they come out There many more points I will let MSI services management and HR should read first and digest the truth. Don't recommend to join this BPO company
