I've been sitting here thinking for 5 minutes and i genuinely cannot find 1 thing. yes... its THAT bad..team members did their best in the difficult environment.
Cons
low pay, terrible medical insurance plan - the owner Hanif, has his family members running the payments solutions team which is a NIGHTMARE, and has his cousins and other family member employed throughout the company. feels like youre being spyed on and micro managed every single minute you are in this place.. a co-worker had even been SA'd and reported to HR(again, the owners family member also runs this) and it was brushed off.. the poor girl was pressured to quit for feeling neglected and feeling unsafe which is insane and so unnecessary and should have been handled appropriately. The owner will make passes at some of the female employees behind closed doors which female co-workers had informed me of the inappropriate behavior.. The atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable, not collaborative or professional.. Overall, a difficult and unhealthy place to work. Between the low compensation, weak benefits, favoritism, and lack of accountability, it felt like a toxic environment.
