People in the R&D department are always eager to help each other. Very diverse backgrounds (mechanical, bioscience, chemical engineers…) Not a lot of turnover in R&D

Communication within the company is sometimes complicated: mixed messages from management. Working with other departments is sometimes challenging : everybody has different priorities. A lot of turnover in some departments (like marketing)
