Unclear directions, double standards, favoritism of staff from upper management.

Unfortunately, there are downsides to working at a start-up care facility. Preferred schedules were not always honored based on the initial lack of clients and the needs of the company. There have been growing pains and oversight to critical issues that, in my opinion, should have been addressed prior to opening the doors. I felt that though my work ethic and performance was rewarded, I was not able to practice within the scope of my level of education.
