The projects and the toy designs where you can work are nice and fun. Hybrid work, you can work from home 2 days per week decided by your Manager. At the office, you have always snacks and fruit once a week. Gym subscription included. Workmates are super nice and also, it's a nice place to start in the industry and learn.
Cons
It's a huge company but still works like a family company. Only the decisions of the head of the company and his relatives matter, no matter what the opinion of the professionals working there. Also, this causes a lot of bad management and a lack of organization. You will be stuck in your position there, with no personal growing possibility. The Head of the company also has sudden temperament issues and we often witness or suffer scenes of verbal abuse. No full remote possibility.
