* It was fun in the beginning * Crypto space is interesting

Cons

* Awful awful CTO with negative EQ who will harass and belittle you * Delusional leadership team building from ivory tower (Ivory tower is soon to crumble) * All my friends got fired, only talentless zombies remain at company (who cant quit because they can't get a better job elsewhere) * Company has bad reputation for being money-hungry externally, but internally its even worse

No work life balance No respect for engineers working here, irrespective of how much work you are putting in and how much value you add HR is the worst. You reach out to them with any query and they will not even respond.

Cons

Poor leadership that has no idea what they’re doing. Also low pay relative to industry standards. It’s just a bunch of 20 something year olds trying to run a company.
