      Staff were overall friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Dirty facility Understaffed Bugs/roaches/snakes in building. Poor quality of care, lack of follow up, patients not bathed. Overall disorganized. Memory care unit is a circus. Did not follow proper COVID 19 isolation

      Management lies and don’t care about wmployees

      Pros

      Good pay and only 8 hr shifts.

      Cons

      Management will lie in a heartbeat to staff, visitors, family and residents. They don’t care about staff. They will stab you in the back in a heartbeat. They cover up so much it’s a scary place to work.

      Pros

      Great co- workers, nursing staff devoted to high quality resident care. Remain as employee over 20 years at two locations because of co-worker dedication to residents.

      Cons

      Administrators and Human resource staff are not trustable. Shows partiality and known for racisim. Lies to cover company higher supervisors and a daily fight to do your job.
