The ability to work remotely, at times.

Cons

Tyrannical employees. Management appointing people with zero marketplace exposure to make decisions. Management doesn't attend meetings. Zero accountability. Toxic masculinity has made a work environment not safe for all.

Our plant is expanding and creating new job opportunities for people in the Murfreesboro area. I have been with the company for 3 years and the growth is very exciting. I am glad to be apart of the Mahle Team.
