      Pros

      Great company that is continuously growing and improving year on year. The work is fulfilling and the atmosphere is very friendly. Excellent place to develop yourself within any department.

      Cons

      Quite a large workload - sometimes expected to work outside contracted hours. But the work is nice and the day flies in.

      Great company to work for, if you work hard you will be rewarded with promotions as its a growing business so there is always plenty of opportunities to succeed, very good in supporting local charities and having events to help with company moral.

      Long hour but the day flies as your always busy
