      Worst Working Culture without professional values

      Pros

      Good learning exposure. Good for freshers. Salary on time

      Cons

      Not recommended for Experienced. Few management people showing discrimination by favouring to people belonging to their caste. Looks like utter local corporation company. People who worked in tier cities or MNC plz don't join here. Management are looking into employees personal stuffs and treating accordingly. No communication skills and communicating in local language unprofessionally. Too much micromanagement and worst part is monthly appraisal. Trust me this is not corporate companies and don't blindly trust the 4+ rating in Glassdoor. Think 1000 times while ur joining here.

      - Good learning experience - Friendly colleagues

      Cons

      - More work will be given to do in less time - You might also have to work on weekends (they will give extra leave but no extra pay) - Even if you have more earned leaves, getting more than three days off is highly difficult - Pay is far lesser than industry standards - Hike policy is just a gimmick. They give no hike or very less hike even working for years.
