They have a good working space but can't be the reason you work for them.
Cons
They don't have any employer policy. They are not trustworthy. So, Never join the company without any offer letter from them. If you ask for the offer letter and they say "ok we will let you know or we will mail you" then it's a big red flag. After that don't waste your time because that never going to happen. Firstly they will brag about there company and projects and insist you to join without any offer letter and once you joined the company they will force you to work on their terms or ask you to leave. At that point, you have no option as you already left your old job for them.
