      No benefits of working with this company

      Not 5 day working No proper management Micromanagement Submit phones of all employees 45 days of WORKING days notice Toxic work environment Too much work pressure Leaves don't get approved here Don't have access to tools that are a must Too much politics, no one will listen to you Hold security amount for no reason You have to update on skype everytime you go outside You get salary 10 days after month end There is one person Ravinder who does too much politics and humiliate employees Fire employees for no reason and don't pay for the time they worked Force you to work on weekends And the list of cons will never end

      It has been an amazing journry to work under a boss Ramandeep Maan who is also a friendly and helpful nature with everyone. Working here was one of the best decision i have ever made and its all because of you. I hope i can use the skills and talents you helped me to build to make you proud. We always got salaries on time. Thank you Sir for everything.
