There is a very “yes ma’am” culture insofar that there is a very in-balanced dynamic within the company. Certain people and groups make decisions in a silo and the other impacted functions are just expected to execute. No feedback is ever solicited or considered.
Overall, there is poor team cohesion as there is minimal effort between cross functional teams to understand each other. Certain teams dictate without consideration or understanding of the implications of their decision (i.e. additional drug supply does not just appear out of thin air in 3 months) and the other teams are left to try to achieve unrealistic deliverables.
