Pros
They were using neutral colors and minimal decor in the office which created a sense of calm and order, making the office feel more open and airy.
Cons
Working at the company was a terrible experience. The management was crummy and unprofessional, often causing employees like me to suffer from chronic fatigue. The founders also turned a blind eye to unethical behavior and there were even rumors of illegal activities, including potential ties to crime.

There are no pros to working here. You will soon get tired of the mother-son duo and leave to get some peace.

THE TOP MANAGEMENT OF THIS WORKPLACE IS THE WORST. A MOTHER-SON DUO TRIES TO RUN EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE. It was ridiculous. You will not like being dominated by these aggressive people with arrogant attitudes. They will try to dominate your every move. It would be awful! AVOID! BEWARE!
