Pros
Lots of young employees at the lower level, so a great place to make friends if you're looking to socialize. Office space is crammed but fun! A lot of opportunity to learn from seasoned employees.
Cons
The company is led by folks in their late 50s to early 60s and really needs an upgrade! Lower level employees are scrutinized to a point where it feels like micro-management. You are expected to work 9-7 on a good day because certain leaders are in a different time zone and start their day late - absolutely no work-life balance. If you are looking for diversity, this is not the place for you. HR expects to conceal the terrible culture by doing bi-weekly happy hours and pizza parties. No cost of living increases have been given out and company barely has projects in the pipeline. Personally would not recommend applying.
