      I'm always getting emails about volunteer work or social activities it seems like they care

      Cons

      They don't seem to care about the people they hire for limited periods of time. No contact during employment and no reassurance as the period comes to an end

      They are emoloyee-oriented. The welfare of the employee comes first. Great benefits. Great pay. Stellar leadership team. They listen to ideas and support the employees 100%. Fantastic corporate culture. They put a lot of effort into the culture and it shows. Philanthropic.

      Cons

      Not a lot of diversity. Not a lot of women in upper management.
