      Pros

      Strong Management team that strives to improve the quality of the services provided while creating a professional and responsive organizational atmosphere.

      Cons

      With such a large and diverse organization comes many issues that are not easy to resolve. Management has been working to improve the payroll and scheduling process.

      Committed to serving all individuals that require care; balances quality of care with staff retention strategies; sincere concern for both consumers as well as care-givers!

      Cons

      Would love to pay higher wages but the government & private insurance reimbursement rates don't afford adequate margins.
